About these Orange County Regional History Center Wedding Photos...

Steven and Emily had their wedding ceremony at the Orlando Temple and I was really looking forward to meeting them and working with them on their wedding day! Emily had a bunch of awesome photos ideas that I was excited to try and I have so many favorites from their wedding!

We did some getting ready photos at the houses they rented down in the Celebration area and then we met back up with Steven, Emily and their families after their Temple ceremony. Photography is not permitted during Temple wedding ceremonies so most brides have us start taking pictures right after their ceremony when they exit the Temple.

The lighting is awesome at the Orlando Temple - I always look forward to weddings there. Everywhere you turn the lighting is very bright and perfect. After we took the family group photos we walked around the Temple to take some fun photos of Emily, Steven and their wedding party. My favorites are the bridal portraits we took of Emily alone.

Most of our weddings only have about 30 minutes for posed photos but Emily and Steven planned a lot more time to do portraits and we loved having that much time to do lots of different poses and backdrops! We headed downtown to the Orange County Regional History Center (I always call it the Orlando History Center) where we took a few more posed photos of Emily and Steven in Heritage Square. The afternoon light was perfect and I LOVE the photos we got right out in front of the History Center. They have a bunch of Cypress Trees out front and the light was coming through the trees perfectly!

Emily and Steven had their wedding reception inside Courtroom B at the Orange County Regional History Center. This was the original courtroom for Orange County and it is crazy to think that our new Courthouse is much, much bigger with lots of courtrooms. We headed inside the reception at the History Center where Emily and Steve danced their first dance and we got a few photos of them by their cake. I loved the Hello Kitty cake server they had!
